There are two homeowner associations you must pay dues to: Chapel Trail Master Association and The Preserve Sub Association. The payments for both associations are due quarterly on the first of the month (January, April, July, October), and are considered late on the 15th.To find out how to pay the master association dues and the dues amount, please go to the Chapel Trail Master Association website, www.chapeltrail.com. You will be required to create a username and password to use the website.To pay The Preserve sub association dues, please click on THIS LINK. chevron_rightWhat should I do if I want to make changes to the outside of my home?
To determine if an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) form is required, please refer to The Preserve ARC Guidelines and the Amended ARC Guidelines & Rules/Regulations May2024 folders which are posted in the Documents section of this website. If an ARC form is required, please obtain the form from The Chapel Trail Master Association website, www.chapeltrail.com.Once you have completed the ARC form, please drop the form off to Jodi Grimes or Bruce Landry at their home.

In order to add your email address to the HOA email distribution list, go to the Documents section on this website and print out the HOA Contact Consent Document. Please follow all of the instructions that are on the form.

To view meetings that are scheduled, go to the following link:If you click on "To view full calendar..." it will show you the scheduled meetings in calendar format.You can also view live meetings from this page by clicking on the "Watch Meeting - Live Stream" link on the left side of the page. Here you can watch the meeting as it is going on.If you expand the "+" sign on the "Watch Meeting - Live Stream" on the left side of the page, you can click on "YouTube Pembroke Pines Channel" and view prior meetings that have been recorded.

Regular garbage pickup is Monday and Thursday each week.Bulk garbage pickup is the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.The hazardous waste schedule is posted at www.ppines.com.Contact the City of Pembroke Pines public services department, 954-967-4200 or www.ppines.com for specific collection schedules and information.

Comcast (Xfinity) is our bulk internet and cable carrier. The call center number for all needs is 1-800-934-6489 (make sure to let the representative know you belong to the Chapel Trail community bulk) to set up your new account. Cable and internet services are included in the Chapel Trail association dues.In person services are provided at 306 SW 145 Avenue, Suite 116 in Pembroke Pines, 33027.
